What are the small red dots on skin?

Other than rash, irritation, and itching there are some risks associated with these tiny red dots on skin. Genital herpes, chickenpox, bleeding disorders, Lyme disease, skin cancer, leukemia (bone marrow cancer), etc. Carcinoma cancer cells appear as tiny red spots on the skin.
